Expect

Counselling offers an opportunity for reflection — a chance to make sense of what’s going on in your life, with someone alongside you. It’s not about being given advice or fixed solutions, but about having the time and support to explore things at your own pace. At its heart, counselling is a creative partnership — a conversation between you and Ed, where your thoughts, feelings and experiences can be heard and worked with together.
People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons. It may be that you are wanting to:
- adjust to difficult and unexpected changes
- explore challenging relationships, past or present
- move on from repetitive thoughts or behaviours
- connect with your feelings or manage those feel overwhelming
- understand and lessen anxiety, depression or loneliness
- develop the awareness and confidence to be yourself and to live more fully
The sessions are yours to bring whatever you wish.
